Terms of Service

1. What Reachmark is

Reachmark is a practice service for the TOEIC® Listening and Reading test. It provides practice questions, explanations, weakness analysis and AI-generated weekly study plans.

Reachmark is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by ETS. TOEIC® is a registered trademark of ETS. We do not administer the official test and cannot register you for it.

2. Your account

• You need an account to use the service. Keep your login details private — you are responsible for activity under your account.
• One account per person. Accounts may not be shared, sold or transferred.
• Give accurate information when registering. We may suspend accounts created with false details.

3. Free trial

New accounts get a 7-day free trial. No payment details are required and the trial does not convert to a paid plan by itself.

• The trial is limited, not unlimited. A practice set ("drill") is 10 questions.
• Parts 1, 2 and 5: one drill per part per day, resetting at midnight UTC.
• Parts 3, 4, 6 and 7: one drill per part for the lifetime of the trial.
• A drill counts as used once it starts, even if you do not finish it.
• The diagnostic test may be taken once per account.
• The trial period runs for 7 days from the day you complete onboarding, and is not reset or extended by creating a new plan.

4. Paid plans and payment

• Plans: 299 ฿ for 30 days, 699 ฿ for 90 days, 1,199 ฿ for 180 days. Prices include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is by PromptPay QR only. We do not accept or store card details.
• Each payment is a one-off charge for a fixed period. There is no automatic renewal and no recurring billing — you will never be charged again without starting a new purchase.
• Access begins once your payment is confirmed and ends on the expiry date shown in your account.
• If you buy again while you still have paid time remaining, the new period is added to your existing time rather than replacing it.

5. What a paid plan includes

• Unlimited practice drills across all seven parts, with no daily limit.
• Free choice of any part or skill to practise.
• AI-generated weekly study plans, up to 4 generations per calendar month.
• Progress tracking, per-part accuracy and weakness analysis.

6. Acceptable use

You may use Reachmark for your own personal exam preparation. You may not:

• Copy, scrape, bulk-download, republish or resell our questions, explanations, audio or images.
• Share your account, or use one account for several people.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, access controls or payment.
• Use automated tools to access the service in a way that disrupts it for others.

7. Our content

All practice questions, explanations, audio and images on Reachmark are our original work and remain our property. They are provided for your personal study only.

Reachmark is not official ETS material and does not reproduce real TOEIC® test content.

8. No guarantee of results

Score estimates shown in the app are approximations calculated from your practice accuracy. They are a study aid, not a prediction of your official TOEIC® score.

We cannot and do not guarantee any particular score or score improvement.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the service available but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features.

If we make a change that materially reduces what a paid plan includes, you may request a pro-rata refund of the unused portion.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, in particular the acceptable use rules. Where a breach is not serious we will contact you first.

You may stop using the service at any time. Because plans do not auto-renew, there is no subscription to cancel.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change materially affects your rights we will notify you in the app before it takes effect.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
